Hallo Ansgar, danke für deinen Hinweis. Im Rezept ist kein Mehl enthalten, das habe ich rausgenommen.

Oben heißt es, dass Spinat mit etwas Ei und Mehl verrührt werden, im eigentlichen Rezept ist dann aber kein Mehl 🤔
